"Is This 2013 or 1913?"

Darius Rucker is 47 years old and doesn’t let anyone bother him! Using twitter someone tweeted on his wall and said “Leave country to the white folk”. Darius was outstandingly offended and replied “Wow is this 2013 or 1913?” also saying “If any hater thinks I care what you think I don’t make music for you so don’t listen!” Country music can be for anyone that was not right for someone to do that to an amazing person and a singer. He makes great music and if you don’t like the music people make then simply don’t listen to it. We have so many genres of music and so many races singing in each category. It’s sad that racism still exists today. It’s not right to these fellow people of the U.S. People shouldn’t teach their children to hate another race. I was raised as you were to show respect until someone disrespected you. This society is wrong for treating others this way. I know I can’t change people’s minds for what they believe in but all I wish is for it to be over. Don’t bring someone down because of what or who they are. Let them be everyone is free in this world.
